Prof. Tamer Samir, President of Benha National University, announced the launch of the first comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing the institutional efficiency of the administrative apparatus in the fields of governance and digital transformation at the university's campus in El-Obour City.
The university president emphasized that the program aims to improve the efficiency of the administrative staff and refine their skills, thereby enhancing job performance. The program also focuses on achieving standards of transparency and accountability in institutional work, in addition to applying the latest digital transformation technologies to support the university's vision for development and excellence.
Prof. Samir pointed out the importance of this program in achieving Egypt's Vision 2030, explaining that the training is part of the university's strategic plan to invest in human resources and utilize technology as a key element in improving the quality of educational and administrative services.
The program is being conducted in collaboration with the organization "Engineers for Sustainable Egypt," and includes a series of workshops and training sessions led by Mr. Mohamed Kamel, Chairman of the organization, and Prof. Hazem Awad, Vice Chairman of the organization. They will share their extensive expertise to deliver specialized lectures in the fields of governance and digital transformation. The program aims to empower participants to acquire practical knowledge and technical tools necessary to improve institutional performance and keep pace with modern technological developments.
