In a significant step towards enhancing collaboration between academic institutions and the industrial sector, Benha National University has signed a cooperation protocol with Qader Advanced Industries. This partnership aligns with the state's strategic plan to develop graduates' skills in accordance with the requirements of the local and international job market.
Under the auspices of Tamer Samir, University President, the protocol was signed by Prof. Mahmoud Shakl, Vice President for Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, and Major General Prof. Eng. Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of Qader Industries. The signing ceremony was attended by several academic leaders, including Prof. Mohamed Said, the engineering consultant and Dean of Engineering College, and Prof. Shady El-Mashad, Dean of Computer Science College.
During his speech, Mahmoud Shakl emphasized that this protocol reflects the university's commitment to providing outstanding practical training opportunities for its students, linking academic education with national industries. He highlighted the importance of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, preparing qualified personnel to contribute to the development of industrial sectors in line with Egypt's Vision 2030. He also stressed the significance of accompanying lectures and workshops aimed at broadening students' horizons and preparing them for job market demands.

The signing ceremony included a distinguished lecture titled “From College to University,” presented by Major General Prof. Eng. Amr Abdel Aziz. The lecture covered several important topics, including:
- The history of some national institutions and their role in national development.
- An overview of industrial activities and their significance in supporting the national economy.
- An introduction to key industries and their technologies, as well as proposed areas for practical training.
