Prof. Gamal El-Saeed, Chair of Benha National University’s Board of Trustees, has issued a number of new decisions assigning academic, medical, and administrative leaders to key positions at the University, effective from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027. The decisions are part of the University’s efforts to strengthen its work systems and enhance the quality of services provided across the University.
The decisions include the appointment of Prof. Mahmoud Abdel-Sabour, Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Medicine, Benha University, as Director of Programmes at the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology, Benha National University.
They also include the appointment of Prof. Mostafa Bayoumi Abdel-Wahab, Professor of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Benha University, as Medical Director of the University’s Outpatient Clinics Complex in New Obour City, and Prof. Mokhtar Abdel-Rahman Abdel-Rahman, Professor of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Benha University, as Deputy Medical Director of the University’s Outpatient Clinics Complex in New Obour City.
In addition, Ms. Dalia Ahmed has been appointed Administrative Director of the University’s Outpatient Clinics Complex in New Obour City.
Prof. Gamal El-Saeed affirmed that these appointments reflect Benha National University’s commitment to strengthening its academic, medical, and administrative workforce and leveraging specialised expertise and professional competencies. He emphasised that the appointments will support the University’s development plans and contribute to enhancing the quality of performance and services provided to students and members of the University community.
