(Principles of Journalistic Writing and Content Creation for Social Media) - Training at Benha National University

Benha National University organized a two-day training course titled (Principles of Journalistic Writing and Content Creation for Social Media) for the staff of the Public Relations, Media, and Marketing Department. The aim was to enhance the skills of employees and develop their media competencies.

Prof. Tamer Samir, the president of Benha National University, emphasized the university's commitment to developing the skills of its staff through regular training sessions. This initiative aims to build the capabilities of employees and enhance their media skills, positively impacting the university's performance and its role in the community.

Prof. Tamer Samir pointed out that training on the use of social media and digital media techniques is vital for strengthening the university's presence on various social platforms. He explained that the importance of media training lies in improving employee efficiency, ensuring that the media messages issued by the university always align with its vision and values, thereby enhancing institutional identity.

The training was presented by journalist and broadcaster Mr. Rajih Amer, the media advisor to the university president. The training program included several key topics, primarily: principles and skills of journalistic writing and editing, preparing press releases, clarifying the difference between traditional and digital media, methods of using multimedia, as well as introducing various tools and applications used in managing social media sites. This included preparing work strategies for these platforms, conducting data analysis, practical applications for content creation, and familiarizing participants with some of the most important artificial intelligence tools used in content creation for social media.
