Honoring the Graduates of the "Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development" Program at Benha National University

Prof. Tamer Samir, President of Benha National University, along with Engineer Mohamed Kamel, President of the "Engineers for Sustainable Egypt" Foundation, presented certificates of completion for the training program to the first group of the university's administrative staff titled "Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development."

This initiative reflects Benha National University’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency of its administrative body and refining its skills, preparing competent and effective administrative cadres. The training was conducted by Prof. Hazem Awad, a governance consultant, and consisted of 12 training hours in accordance with the protocol signed between Benha National University and the "Engineers for Sustainable Egypt" Foundation.

Prof. Tamer Samir emphasized the importance of implementing various specialized training programs to qualify administrative staff to face challenges and achieve the university's vision of excellence. He noted that the implementation of training programs for other groups is ongoing as part of the university's continuous efforts to develop its employees' skills and enhance their efficiency, contributing to the achievement of the university's strategic goals.

Engineer Mohamed Kamel, President of the foundation, praised the quality of the program and its positive impact on the participants, stating that such programs contribute to building the capabilities of employees and enhance the effectiveness of administrative performance.

It is worth mentioning that the training program was supervised by Prof. Shadi El-Mashad, Director of the Computer Science Program, and the certificates were presented by Ms. Samia Abdel Hamid, Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Ayman Bayoumi, Assistant Secretary of the University, and Dr. Nermin Abu El-Khair, General Director of Operations.

Participants praised the carefully designed training program, which contributed to enhancing the concepts of governance and the importance of sustainable development in administrative work.
