Under the auspices of Prof. Tamer Samir, President of Benha National University, Prof. Mahmoud Shakl, Vice President for Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, and Prof. Mohamed El-Naggar, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, signed a cooperation protocol between the two parties. This was attended by Prof. Hussein El-Maghraby, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Prof. Doaa Akl, Dean of the College of Economics and Business Administration.
Prof. Tamer Samir affirmed that the protocol comes within the framework of Benha National University’s commitment to enhancing cooperation between academic institutions and industrial entities, aligning with the state’s strategic plan aimed at training and qualifying university students for the labor market.
Prof. Tamer Samir also pointed out the university's interest in preparing graduates capable of competing in the labor market both domestically and internationally, and in developing qualified personnel who contribute to the advancement of various sectors in accordance with the vision of the Egyptian state. He emphasized that this cooperation aims to link the educational process with practical reality, enabling students to keep abreast of the latest developments in various evolving fields, contributing to achieving Egypt's Vision 2030 for sustainable development.
On his part, Prof. Mahmoud Shakl clarified that the protocol reflects the university's commitment to providing distinguished practical training opportunities for its students, linking academic education with national industries. He highlighted the importance of enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship and preparing qualified personnel to contribute to the development of industrial sectors, stressing the significance of accompanying lectures and workshops aimed at broadening students' horizons and preparing them for labor market requirements.
Meanwhile, Prof. Mohamed El-Naggar welcomed the cooperation with the university by providing training opportunities for students and participating in student and research projects of mutual interest, in addition to exchanging scientific visits for the exchange of experiences, scientific discussions, and providing job opportunities for outstanding students trained at the company.
