Under the auspices of Prof. Tamer Samir, President of Benha National University, and as part of the university's commitment to enhancing partnerships with private sector institutions, a joint cooperation protocol was signed with Advanced Petroleum Services Company (API), aimed at supporting collaboration in the fields of employment and entrepreneurship.
The protocol was signed by :
- Mahmoud Shakl, Vice President for Employment, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, representing Benha National University,
- Marwa Hussein Ali, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Advanced Petroleum Services Company (API), representing the company.
Prof. Tamer Samir emphasized that this cooperation comes as part of the university's efforts to enhance applied and vocational education and provide real opportunities to connect students with the labor market, especially in technical and vocational fields. The cooperation includes the exchange of expertise and vocational training, participation in conferences and seminars, support for student and research projects related to the industry, providing job opportunities for outstanding students, and facilitating scientific visits and participation in research activities, contributing to achieving sustainable development goals and Egypt's Vision 2030.
Prof. Mahmoud Shakl noted that this collaboration is an important step towards building an integrated educational environment that supports practical aspects and contributes to preparing cadres capable of competing locally and internationally by integrating academic study with actual applied training.
