Announcement from Benha National University

Students who applied through the electronic admission system and hold Arab or foreign equivalence certificates but have not submitted their final certificates required for calculating the aggregate score.

Required Action: Attend the university campus—Student Affairs Office—to submit the final certificates according to the following schedule:

  • Saturday, July 5, 2025: Applicants to the College of Engineering.
  • Sunday, July 6, 2025: Applicants to the College of Computer Science - Energy Sciences.
  • Monday, July 7, 2025: Applicants to the College of Physical Therapy.
  • Tuesday, July 8, 2025: Applicants to the College of Dentistry.
  • Wednesday, July 9, 2025: Applicants to the College of Economics & Business AdministrationCollege of Veterinary, and College of Visual Arts.

  Instructions:

  • This announcement applies onlyto students who already applied electronically and have incomplete final certificates.
  • Printthe enrollment form for your applied College from the admission portal and present it to security personnel upon entry.
  • Enter through Gate (2)of Benha National University to review documents and submit copies at the Student Affairs Office (Building E).
  • Submission hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Only the student or their legal guardianmay submit documents. No intermediaries or agencies are permitted.

Important Notice for Medical College Applicants:
Students applying to the College of Human Medicine must check notifications on their electronic admission portal. Electronic completion will open starting Thursday, July 3, 2025.
