Benha National University Signed Memorandum of Understanding with Frontier Academy to Professionally Qualify Students and Enhance Their Job Market Opportunities

In line with Benha National University's commitment to enhancing collaboration with specialized training institutions and linking academic outputs with actual labor market needs, Prof. Tamer Samir, president of Benha National University, signed a memorandum of understanding with Mrs. Farida Taman, the founder and managing director of Frontier Academy, the training arm of Frontier Capital Investments. The aim is to support the development of students' and graduates' skills and to professionally qualify them, particularly in the fields of finance, investment, and governance.

The signing took place in the presence of:

  • Mahmoud Shakl, the vice president for employment, innovation, and entrepreneurship,
  • Shady Y. El-Mashad, the advisor to the university president for digital transformation and smart governance and the Dean of computer science College,
  • Ashraf El-Mashad, the Dean of medicine College,
  • Ayman Samir, the Dean of veterinary medicine College,
  • Doaa Aql, the Dean of economics and business administration College,
  • The university's secretary general.

From the academy's side:

  • Saif El-Din Aouni, the founder and board member,
  • Sherif Mohamed, the training and administrative officer.

Prof. Tamer Samir emphasized that Benha National University is keen on signing effective memoranda of understanding with leading institutions in the fields of training and professional qualification, which contributes to preparing graduates with practical skills capable of meeting local and international labor market demands. He indicated that this memorandum represents an important step towards enhancing practical training opportunities and developing students' professional capabilities.

Mrs. Farida Taman expressed her pride in signing the memorandum of understanding with Benha National University, confirming that Frontier Academy aims to provide specialized training programs according to the latest professional standards, contributing to the preparation of qualified young talents capable of competing in the fields of finance, investment, financial consulting, and entrepreneurship.

The memorandum of understanding aims to provide training services from Frontier Academy as a cooperative training entity with Benha National University, to develop the skills of students and graduates and prepare them for the labor market through specialized training programs. These programs include professional development center services and professional consulting, support for training and employment opportunities through a competency database, as well as financial career path programs to prepare qualified personnel for work in banking, investment, consulting, and financial analysis, in addition to supporting entrepreneurship and developing innovative ideas.
