Benha National University organized a Rapid Chess Championship in cooperation with the Egyptian Chess Federation as part of its commitment to supporting student activities and developing students’ intellectual skills. The event was held under the patronage of Prof. Tamer Samir, President of the University, and Prof. Hussein El-Maghraby, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and was organized by the University’s Student Activities Office.
The championship witnessed strong student engagement and an enthusiastic competitive atmosphere, with approximately 50 students from various faculties participating in nine rounds of competition that showcased a high level of concentration, skill, and strategic thinking.
The results were as follows:
First Place: Saif El-Din Mohamed Salah, Faculty of Medicine
Second Place: Saif El-Din Mohamed Abdel Sattar, Faculty of Medicine
Third Place: Hazem Yehia Mohamed, Faculty of Engineering
