Medical Examination for New Students | Academic Year 2026/2027

As part of Benha National University’s efforts to complete the enrollment procedures for new students for the 2026/2027 academic year, the University announces the continuation of medical examinations for new students who have not yet undergone the required examination.

The medical examination is a mandatory requirement for completing the University’s enrollment procedures and will be conducted at the University’s campus in Obour City according to the schedule assigned to each faculty.

  • Faculty of Medicine: Wednesday and Thursday, September 2–3, 2026
  • Faculty of Dentistry: Saturday and Sunday, September 5–6, 2026
  • Faculty of Physical Therapy: Sunday and Monday, September 6–7, 2026
  • Faculty of Engineering: Tuesday and Wednesday, September 8–9, 2026
  • Faculty of Computer Science: Wednesday and Thursday, September 9–10, 2026
  • Faculty of Veterinary Medicine: Saturday, September 12, 2026
  • Faculty of Economics and Business Administration: Saturday and Sunday, September 12–13, 2026
  • Faculty of Visual Arts and Design and Faculty of Energy Sciences: Monday, September 14, 2026

How to Book Your Medical Examination

Students who have not yet undergone the medical examination must access the Student Services Portal to book an appointment, subject to the available dates and appointment slots.

Important Instructions for Booking and Attendance

  • Appointments will remain available for booking until all slots allocated to each appointment are filled.
  • Once the appointment has been booked, students must print the booking confirmation and keep it until they report to the University.
  • Students are required to arrive at the University at least 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment and enter through the designated gates.
  • Students must present their booking confirmation upon arrival.
  • Students are required to adhere to the appointment stated on their booking confirmation and follow all instructions governing the medical examination procedures.

Important Notice

This announcement applies only to new students who have not yet undergone the medical examination.

Students who have already completed their medical examination do not need to repeat it.
