Online Workshop on Traditional Chinese Medicine

Benha National University organized an online workshop on Traditional Chinese Medicine under the patronage of Professor Tamer Samir, the university president,

  • and Professor Karim Al-Dash, the vice president for international relations.
  • The event was attended by Professor Hussein El-Maghraby, the vice president for academic affairs,
  • and Professor Mohamed Serag, the director of the Physical Therapy Programs.

This workshop was conducted in collaboration with Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the North African Chinese Educational Innovation Association. The training course is part of a series of courses and workshops organized by the university for its students in cooperation with international universities and institutions, aiming to open new horizons in education and training.

Professor Tamer Samir emphasized the university's commitment to providing distinguished educational programs, noting that the workshop represents an important step towards enhancing knowledge and skills among the university's students in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine, contributing to the development of their professional capabilities.

Professor Karim Al-Dash, the vice president for international relations, added that the university always strives to provide an innovative educational environment. He explained that through these activities, the university aims to strengthen its relationships with global universities and offer the best educational experiences to its students. He clarified that international relations play a crucial role in the exchange of knowledge and expertise, contributing to raising the level of education and scientific research at the university, and enhancing its position on the international stage.

Following the training course, practical training sessions were conducted for the students, where Professor Abdel Hamid Al-Akhras, a lecturer at the College of Physical Therapy, provided interactive practical sessions. Students from both the College of Physical Therapy and the College of Medicine participated in this training, allowing them to apply what they learned in the workshop practically and enhance their skills in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
